Who is "I AM"?

I borrowed this name from the Old Testament where God describes himself to Abraham.  God always was, always is and always will be.  He is “I AM”.

Who is "Dear Servant"?

I would like to say that he/she is a completely made up person, but the truth is she/he is me.  Most of the letters are things that have come out of my relationship with the Father.  These are His words directly to me.  Many, if not all of the struggles, defeats, joys, reprimands, victories and sadness mentioned I have experienced.

Is this what God would really say?

This is the most important question.  You must read His word and find out.  Pray and ask Him what He would say to you.  Seek Him and know Him so well that you hear His voice in all circumstances.

Do you realize how arrogant it is to write in God's name?

One of my greatest struggles is trying to write only what God would truly say and not my own opinion or desire. Despite my best effort however I am a flawed sinner.  For years, I refused to write, until God chastised me and I became obedient.  I write what I believe He wishes to say to His people today.  Any errors are mine and mine alone, and I take full responsibility for them.  However, you must seek Him and find His Truth for yourself, and you will be responsible for what you do with the truth.

Does God really speak to you?

Everyday.  In fact, many times a day.  He speaks to me in His word most often.  I attempt to read several chapters a day from the Bible.  This is God’s primary and most important revelation, save that of Jesus Christ himself.  God also speaks to me through His Holy Spirit.  He reminds me of His love, encourages me when I am down and corrects me when I am in the wrong.

Will He speak to me?

Yes, He desires to speak to you everyday.  His heart’s desire is to have relationship with you.  Relationships require communication.  He wants to be a daily part of your life. His Word is very clear that Jesus Christ died on the cross to establish a way for man to have a personal relationship with God.  Read John 3 to better understand this relationship.

Who is the author?

A sinner, a failure, a father, a son, a husband, a disciple, a student, a teacher, a healer, but first and foremost, a follower of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

Will you hear God for me?

I can not hear God for you.  You must seek Him and hear Him for yourself.  God will reveal himself to those who seek Him. His book, the Bible, is His revelation to you and all mankind.  Read it and seek Him and He promises He will be found.
